Famous for its races for over a century, This site is originally a beautiful historic wooden pavilion, replaced by a cable structure with retractable glass. These innovative structures sit atop a dramatic rise giving Yonkers Casino. In 2015, Casino Blackjack hosts , Craps , Roulette and Baccarat in addition to slot machines.
The games are fully automated.
In January 2013, Empire City Casino has completed a new expansion 50 million designed by Studio V Architecture which added 66 000 square foot casino. L’expansion “included a sculptural gateway-cochere, most northeastern window, a representation of 300 feet long and 27 feet in height from the horizon of the city of New York entirely made of nails, a new set of floor with almost 700 slot machines and two new restaurants: coffee & Bar et Pinch de Dan Rooney. Project Yonkers Casino Home canopy located in Yonkers (United States)
A sculpture entrance canopy reinvents the image of the historic track with a 11 000 square feet, the lattice structure LED on covered with a film of transparent ETFE.
