July 1967 – Installation of 10 first six hull bubbles in Gripp

from 1965, Jean Benjamin Maneval already knew that his Bulle Six Coques would be installed at Gripp, however, it’s only 1966 that a firm order from 10 Bulles was spent for the Gripp Vacation Center. The complete installation was completed on 31 July 1967.

Here are the photos of a visit by Jean Benjamin Maneval accompanied by his wife Monique Maneval during the construction site.




This Photo was taken in 1970, date when the second tranche of ten bubble six hulls were installed.

  2. my father was an SNPA engineer, at the time, and we lived in Mourenx. we went skiing to change, and residences from time to time at Gripp. good memories with my sisters. bernard
