Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, The modular structure is a living, organic diet where expansion of the building are allowed to grow and multiply like cells – without compromising the visual integrity of the project. Composed of a three-dimensional six-sided cell network, the project is based on the concept of connectivity. The center stands above the desert landscape, emerging as a set of crystal forms that evolve in response to environmental conditions.

The design's spatial program ensures that each component is adapted to the function it serves. The shell-like facades of the exterior hide the porous interior, where the sheltered courses bring natural light into the center of the system.
